1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ClawClaw ("Service"), operated by masslabs ("Company", "we", "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. The Company is registered and operated in Turkey.

2. Description of Service

ClawClaw provides an automated deployment service for AI assistants on messaging platforms (Telegram, and in the future Discord and WhatsApp). We offer:

• Managed Plan: We provide the AI model API key and infrastructure.
• BYOK Plan (Bring Your Own Key): You provide your own API key; we provide the infrastructure.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

• Generate or distribute illegal, abusive, threatening, or harmful content.
• Engage in spam, phishing, or deceptive practices.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
• Use bots for impersonation, fraud, or manipulation.
• Circumvent usage limits or engage in API abuse.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

All payments are securely processed via Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the recurring billing cycle specified at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your initial subscription payment. After this period, refunds are only issued in cases of billing errors. See our full Refund Policy for details.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from service interruptions, infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, its branding, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of masslabs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without prior written consent.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Turkey.
